How does this work?

Typically a client determines what companies, titles and regions/ countries that they want to penetrate. They can supply the companies names, addresses and phone numbers or Blue Ribbon Cold-Calling can help with the list development. Even if you don’t know the specific names, the acceptable titles will be sufficient to create robust meetings for your sales representatives to close.

Is there any contract requirements?

Blue Ribbon Cold-Calling wants our clients to be totally pleased with our services and not encumbered by a contract. Typically a client may choose an introductory number of meetings (e.g., 10). But renew that number under completion.

Is payment needed up front?

We at Blue Ribbon Cold-Calling will work diligently on your behalf without up front payment necessary. Once a meeting has taken place, the client will be billed accordingly, typically at the end of the month. All we require is prompt payment to be remitted after receipt of the bill ( 1-3 days).

What is considered a billable meeting?

A meeting is considered billable when a meeting is arranged on an available calendar date for the sales representative and where the lead for the sales presentation is of the proper title and responsibility. If the lead cancels the meeting, than we will attempt to reschedule the meeting. However,the meeting is also billable if the client’s sales representative(s) makes contact with the lead prior to the set meeting date.

What happens if we change direction or don’t need your services any more?

We at Blue Ribbon Cold-Calling want all our clients to be totally happy and satisfied with their decision to utilize our services. If there is any reason to end the usage of our services, we understand that these things happen. There would be no penalty assessed.

What is the price for setting up meetings?

We have a pay for performance model. In other words, there is no payment unless there is a billable meeting that takes place. Generally, clients choose a package of meetings to satisfy their requirements. For a package of 10 meetings,for example, the price would be $6,000. Other services such as data and analytics acquisition can also be offered at an agreed rate.

How long does it take to set a meeting?

Blue Ribbon Cold-calling starts calling once we receive authorization and names of companies/leads that the client wants us to penetrate to set. Prior to calling however, we would receive a good overview of the features and benefits of the products or services offered. This is so we can represent the client professionally and succinctly. We assiduously try to find the individual with the proper title/ responsibilities as the client dictates. Therefore it is hard to determine the exact time frame that a meeting takes to set.
